I worked as an instructional designer on a team of 5 to help a cooking equipment manufacturer take 12 lines of business with no cohesive training program and turn their collection of random SharePoint files and institutional knowledge into a learning curriculum that utilized a universal learning path.
Additionally, as we navigated the project, it was evident this client needed a knowledge base. As I knew they were already implementing Salesforce to track their customers, document warranties, and dispatch for their field service representatives, I mentioned how Salesforce Knowledge would complement their curriculum design. This resulted in me providing a Salesforce Knowledge demonstration to the team. The client agreeed to add Salesforce Knowledge to their statement of work, increasing the project’s revenue by over $100,000.
