This course was developed using Vyond (GoAnimate).

This explainer video was needed to quickly make agents aware of a new process and updated reference materials.

I wrote the course, narrated the video, and developed the video using GoAnimate.

Issue

New process for handling calls where customers no longer wish to be contacted.

Solution

Explainer video that outlines the new process for handling do not contact and wrong number processes.

Outcome

Customer service agents gained awareness of the new process and updated reference materials.
