A prominent organization specializing in Jobs-to-be-Done Theory and Outcome-Driven Innovation required a comprehensive, sellable training program. They entrusted us with converting their existing content into self-paced modules.
As the lead instructional designer, I managed a team of 3 other designers to create 7 training modules.
Our development process involved close collaboration with the organization’s product team. We held daily meetings with subject matter experts to gain in-depth knowledge about Jobs-to-be-Done Theory and Outcome-Driven Innovation.
These courses were tailored for product leaders in global corporations across various sectors, including consumer packaged goods, healthcare, technology, nutrition, and tools. Together, we created a specialized training curriculum designed to meet the diverse needs of these industries.
